The Black Lion Pub, nestled snuggly in the heart of Churnet Valley, a fine example of Staffordshire tradition.

Well here it is our very first Beer Festival in conjunction with Churnet Valley Railway, We have been promised around 15 real ale's and cider's so this should be a festival to remember! Also we have a live band, "The Wicker Men" playing here on Saturday the 7th so that should set thing's rocking for the evening. Also on Saturday the Churnet Valley train will be making schedule stop's at the pub and will be running up un till 23:20.
