The Black Lion boasts a large garden area with ample room for family's to sit and enjoy the steam railway or just take in the peaceful surroundings. The children's area has adult seating so parents can keep an eye on their children while relaxing with a drink and enjoying a view of the surrounding woodland.
This area has recently undergone a re-vamp with the addition of an extended seating area and children's tyre park. Trees have been removed to give a splendid view of the canal and train station.
